Sowing

Seed sowing is slowing down now, but it’s not too late to sow some overwintering broad beans.

Harvesting

Leeks, Jerusalem artichokes, winter cabbages, Brusssels Sprouts, kale, parsnip, celariac and swede should be ready to harvest now.

Planting

If you haven’t already, now’s the last chance to plant your garlic cloves before the ground gets hard.

Don’t forget, garlic is an allium (onion family), so pay attention to your rotation from previous seasons!
