Training Plot Clean-Up
Calling all plot holders!
Can you spare an hour or two this weekend to help us get the Jimmy Johnson training plot ready for the coming season?
There’ll be a variety of tasks to do, from weeding in the greenhouse, turning compost, and prepping the outdoor beds. Please pop by and lend a hand. And if you didn’t grab some free seeds from the recent plotholders seed swap, we’ll have some available on the day!

Plotholder Seed Swap
The plotholder’s seed swap event will take place this weekend Saturday and Sunday 15th and 16th March in the Polytunnel on the Jimmy Johnson plot 139.
Bring any spares you have in an envelope with type and variety on it and end pick up some seeds you may not have.

AGM and Summer BBQ
The 2024 AGM, sunflower competition and summer barbecue will take place on Sunday 18th August.
We hope to see a great turn out again this year - it is always a great day to catch up and socialise with other plotholders without a spade in our hands or our gloves on for a change!
There will be lots of prizes for the horticultural competitions; some of the groups will be funniest vegetable, best basket of five, rudest vegetable, best plot, etc. We’ll also have the results and prizes for the Tallest Sunflower competition!
Jimmy Johnson Plot
We are looking for volunteers to help give the JJ plot and communal area a tidy up on Saturday 15th June from 11am till 1pm
